Fair Lending School 2.0

Module 14: Comparative File Analysis

A comparative file analysis is a very labor intensive review that should be a last resort method of reviewing your fair lending program. These types of reviews can take a significant amount of time and could identify other anomalies in your program. It is important you learn about this review, but ensure you exhaust all other review methods before committing to this review. If you have a strong CMS, you likely will never have to conduct this review.

Ensure you watch the video and read the entire module within your manual. A comparative file analysis is a lot of work. Have a solid understanding of your program and risks before committing to this review.
