Module 15: Risk Assessments

Welcome to the 15th and final module - Risk Assessments. Depending on the size and complexity of your organization, you may conduct some or all of the risk assessment. Do what makes sense for your organization. Make sure you share this information with other key players in your management team as well. This should be somewhat of a team effort. Remember - this is only a tool to help assess risk. In all truth, you should already have a really good understanding of your fair lending risk before you even start this module. This is how we will formalize it and make it presentable to key stakeholders and the regulators.
