Module 10: Redlining

The redlining module will take an in-depth look at redlining risk. We will cover two real-world example redlining cases. We will talk about the issues they faced, what their data showed, and how you can learn from their mistakes. Then we will teach you how to conduct a redlining review of your institution. We rely on the pricing procedures and loan download for this review, so you will have to refer back to the pricing procedures if you did not conduct that review.
