Module 8: Pricing

Welcome to the pricing module. This is, by far, the largest module within this course. However, it’s one of the most important and one of our favorite reviews. Throughout this module, we will talk about pricing risks, but the majority of it teaches you how to actually conduct a pricing review. You will need a copy of your loan download in an Excel format to do the procedures. Everything else will be taught within the video and manual. After completing this module, you will be able to show your management team how consistently your organization prices loans. For many organizations, this may be the first time you have ever seen any type of data that you will be creating.

Since this is a long module, we have broken it down into 4 videos. The first video introduces pricing and talks about theory. Videos 2 and 3 covers the procedures and how to conduct the review. You can watch the videos now and see how to conduct the review, but you will not be able to perform one until you have your loan download in the correct format. Video 4 will wrap up this module.
